Hayley Orantia is an American actress, musician and acrobat. People are familiar with her because of her character in the role of Erica Goldberg on the popular comedy television series "The Goldbergs.' Her primary focus is as the performer. Music, according to her, is the very first thing she loves. She began playing with it at age nine. By the time she reached age 12, she took serious enough about music to start professional training. When she was 13, she started making music. Her debut album when she was 14. The music has never stopped ever since. Orrantia is a native of America and has Hispanic origins. Though she's never spoke Spanish in Mexico However, she is extremely proud of her Hispanic roots. To keep the tradition, she's studied Spanish and has written songs using the language. One such song is "Hasta Verte," which she recorded in Spanish. Orrantia appeared in The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia received 4 "yeses" from the judges in the Seattle live auditions after having been selected from her YouTube submission. Though she initially auditioned as a solo artist, during "Hollywood Week", she and three other female vocalists were placed in groups for the remaining part of auditions. The group was eliminated at the 5th week of the live program.
